YOGA ﹒ GROUNDING ﹒ NATURE

MIDCOAST, MAINE

2026: Sept. 28 - Oct. 1 with Kristin

Reset after summer's busyness and before the holiday rush. This mini-retreat helps you ground your energy and set intentions for autumn. Expect long, energizing flows to release what no longer serves you, followed by restorative poses to restore balance. We'll highlight yoga sutras for seasonal transition. Time in nature, shared yoga, and locally grown food will help you come home to yourself.

This retreat is for anyone who understands and appreciates the deeper benefits of yoga and wants to transition into fall with ease and intention.

About the host:

Casa Portal is a farm stay retreat center in Midcoast Maine, set across over one hundred acres of meadow, forest, and pasture. It offers a quiet, private setting where guests can step away from daily routines and reconnect with nature.

Days unfold walking the forest trails, time in the garden, chef prepared meals, and cozy accommodations. The experience is shaped by the rhythm of the land—simple, spacious, and grounded in nature and community.

The property includes a restored 1840s farmhouse, private woodland trails, production gardens, a flock of heritage Navajo-Churro sheep, small cabins tucked into the landscape, and a restored barn for workshops and gatherings.
